Lunchtime drawing: Poet Mark Van Doren, winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry in 1940 for ‘Collected Poems 1922–1938’, lived at 393 Bleecker Street in the 1920s.

Back home in New York for a quick pit stop before continuing on to Arizona and the Grand Canyon. Stay tuned—and there might be a few days with no internet access, but worry not, I’ll be making one drawing every day (or more.)
