Lunchtime drawing: This wood frame house at 120 E. 92nd St. was built in 1871, when the Upper East Side was still semi-rural in character. After finishing the drawing, a brother and sister that attended Columbia University 20 years ago shared an old clipping from the NYTimes about this very building! They were making the rounds…
