Lunchtime drawing: This wood frame house at 120 E. 92nd St. was built in 1871, when the Upper East Side was still semi-rural in character.

After finishing the drawing, a brother and sister that attended Columbia University 20 years ago shared an old clipping from the NYTimes about this very building! They were making the rounds of the landmarked buildings in Carnegie Hill.
