Lunchtime #drawing: Two stories plus a dormer up top, all settled in since 1830 with windows, lintels and Flemish bond bricks askew, at 17 Commerce St. In the West Village. Still relatively quiet like when it was known as Cherry Lane, perfect for my daughter asleep in her stroller.
